The Family Dog

Was trying to find a cartoon called "The Family Dog" which was a HILARIOUS episode in the 1980's series "Amazing Stories." Had my mother and a young little girl I know in mind and thought it would make a great Christmas gift.

Unfortunately I could not find it, but found it in a slightly low-quality version on You Tube. Watched it again for the first time in about 20 years and it is just all that more funny as an adult:

The additional parts will be forth coming.

I personally love Mummy Daddy.

Oh, the whole thing is hoot and there's a lot of humor I didn't quite fully understand when I first saw. The characters and stereotypes are delightful.

Hard to wait for the rest of it.

I figure you tried searching Hulu, with no luck. I had no luck, either.

I mean, I really had no luck--I ran across the following short, and although it's been Rifftraxed, the film itself seems to be complete. It was produced in 1981. I can't imagine watching the original and not repeating over and over and over to myself, "The Constitution is worth it...the Constitution is worth it..."

William's Doll

Or, hell, I don't know, maybe the Muslims have a point.
